SHIPPING POLICY

Sprayground ships anywhere in the World. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed during non-peak season. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

** Please note import/duty fees are not included in the shipping costs . The recipient is responsible to pay import Customs, Duties, and taxes levied by the destination country upon delivery**

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

• Standard Ground shipping: 7-10+ business days (USPS, FedEx Smartpost, UPS)
• Hawaii & Puerto Rico: $35 flat shipping fee. Estimated 10+ business days
• $5 Home shipping: Guaranteed FedEx or UPS delivery (5-10+ business days)
• FedEx 2 Day Shipping: (1-2 business days)
• Guam: $35 flat shipping fee, please allow 30+ days for estimated delivery

P.O. BOX/APO FPO ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address but they may be used as a billing address if need be.

Sprayground does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Dayton, New Jersey.

BUSINESS HOURS:

MONDAY – FRIDAY 9-5 EST

All orders requesting expedited shipping will ship same day if placed by 12pm EST, otherwise they will be processed the following business day. All non-expedited orders will ship from Dayton, NJ within 2 business days. Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing tracking number and items shipped, transit times vary based upon your location.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund.
